Responsibilities
If successful you will be introduced to Humphreys' processes by spending time with each of our construction teams to learn our systems, before being integrated to a small team, with your own projects under the direction of one of our Site Supervisors.
Skills & Experience
The person we are looking for needs to have confidence working on residential sites alongside staff and other trades working together to deliver consistently high-quality results.
This is a hands-on role where your knowledge in all aspects of landscaping will be utilised.
A qualification is not essential and on the job training can be given.
We offer a highly competitive remuneration package that includes top hourly rates, incentives, tools, uniform and wet weather gear as well as a social and collaborative team atmosphere.
A full NZ driver’s license is required (and ability to drive manual).
