You’ll be part of a team building quality residential landscapes. You'll work closely with an experienced foremen to bring design visions to life with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Work closely with your Foreman and Site Supervisor to ensure you understand your clients focus, priorities and expectations.
- Effective communication skills with clients, contractors, suppliers as required.
- Ensure you are fully equipped/experienced to deliver client’s expectations.
- Ensure you deliver a high quality of work (minimal rework/errors) on time.
- Ensure your communication with clients is effective and timely.
Tools, Vehicle & Equipment:
- Ensure your team’s vehicle is clean and fully equipped to deliver as required, safely.
- Ensure your tools and machinery are looked after so they are fully operative and equipped to deliver as required, safely.
- Ability to proficiently use and care for all tools/equipment provided.
- Only operate machinery if fully qualified and if instructed by your Foreman.
Health & Safety:
- Pro-actively raise any hazards to health and safety team
- Adhere to HLL Health and Safety requirements and ensure you wear/use Personal Protective Equipment correctly
Skills & Experience
Applicants are preferred to have, but not limited to the following criteria:
- Landscaping or relevant construction experience, ideally with an understanding of both soft and hard landscaping skills
- Knowledge of plants and working to landscape plans an advantage
- Commitment to quality, health & safety, and team values
- Great attitude, reliability, and communication skills
- Exposure to or experience with a range of industry standard tools
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation (to get to and from the site).
